Corporation

• Latest version of establishment/alteration registration form, transcript of business registration, certificate of tax register or screenshot of business registration particulars of Commerce Secretary, Ministry of Economy
• Latest version of Person-in-Charge Identity Card
• Business account bankbook (the beneficiary must same as the company registration name)
• Online and offline accounts need to be registered separately. Please refer to the table below for application information for different store types:

• For prepaid type product must provide the performance bond related documents

Private Business

• Latest version of establishment/alteration registration form, transcript of business registration, certificate of tax register or screenshot of business registration particulars of Commerce Secretary, Ministry of Economy
• Latest version of Person-in-Charge Identity Card
• Company bankbook (the name of the household must match the company registration name); If you do not have a corporation’s bank account, Please provide the CEO’s bank account (the account name must match the CEO’s name) and the private business statement. (File download)
• Online and offline accounts need to be registered separately. Please refer to the table below for application information for different store types:
