TLS Update

1. Please update the SSL/TLS you are currently using to up to date version TLS 1.2.
LINE Pay server uses HTTPS to securely connect with merchants.
We use TLS as for the encryption protocol to encrypt the communication, and all TLS versions have been supporting.
LINE Pay is going to upgrade the system to use TLS v1.2 for all HTTPS connections to observe the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and to respond to the security threat of TLS early version (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7457).
Therefore, TLS v1.0 and v1.1 willno longer be supported as from July 1, 2018.
Also, for the sandbox for merchants to test, we will support only TLS v1.2 as from April 1, 2018.
Once the early version supporting has stopped, the merchants who are still using TLS v1.0 and v1.1 can't call the payment API for LINE Pay payment anymore, so the payment can't be proceeded.
Therefore, all LINE Pay merchants need to upgrade the system to use TLS v1.2 to communicate with LINE Pay server by June 30, 2018.
2. Please follow the guide after checking your environment.
